How to cancel a mobile contract?
My 12 month free cashback deal ends mid April, how is the best way to cancel the contract with Orange by phone, email or do I have to write to them giving them 30 days notice? I will be getting another cashback deal either from OSPS or M2YD, rather than upgrading my contract with Orange. Unfortunately there are not any…

Is it possible to top up less than £5 (Orange)???
I've never tried but daughter is having problems with a new phone which won't charge, so I wanted to give her an old handset in the meantime. As it will only be for a day and only for emergencies, I would ideally like to just put a couple of quid on it - can I do this or does it have to be £5? (Usually use a swipe card to…

Unlimited Texts & Calls from O2
If you put £15 per month in your phone and you are on the O2 network then O2 have come up with unlimited texts and phone calls to O2 numbers, just call 2202 on your O2 handset and listen to the prompts. This is a free call. It is obviously not much use if your friends are on different networks.

Too much choice - help me!!
My contract is coming to an end and I am going to phone 3 to see what they can offer me. At the moment I have a SE k800i, which I am happy with, and the 700 plan (400 texts, 250 mins etc). I had the phone free and 6 months free rental, remaining 6 months were £35 a month. Essential features wanted on a phone: good camera…

Changing a contract before it ends.
I've not seen an answer to this after searching the forum so sorry if this is already answered but I didn't find it! I'm on three at the moment, I'm only paying £20 a month and it's a twelve month contract which started in September. I get 1000 texts a month and I use about 800. However I have just noticed the new o2…

check your mobile phone bills, unneccessary charges
I like most of you donot check my mobile phone bills in detailed but when I did I was shocked at what I found.
