in april last year i tookout an 18month contract with o2. the contract was £35 a month and i got a nokia 6300 free.
Then i found out from this site how o2 had changed their charges and how customers were allowed to cancel due to o2 breaching their contract. i opted out of cancelling but bartered with them and got it down to £15 a month. niot sure if that is relevant to the question i have but i thought i would add it in!
well the first year is almost up and the question i have is am i able to ask for an upgrade. i was originally happy with the 6300 but now its not as good as i thought it was and ideally i cant see it lasting another 6 months as it has been randomly freezing and switching itself off.
can anyone shed some light on whether i will be able to upgrade early?
many thanks

If the phone is under a year old, then as long as you haven't broken it you should be covered under the 12 month Nokia warenty....
You can always sell it on if you also get an upgrade aswell!
