Just a spot of advice please. My Orange special offer is ending £15pm with 180 mins, they now plan to charge me £25pm or for less mins (75mins) £19. From what I can gather I might as well go with PAYG at 12p a min and cancel contract. Have I missed anything, they did not offer any deals and I have been with them for years.…

Lost cashback paperwork
Basically I've lost the paperwork for my cashback deal I got with OneStopPhoneShop. I did do the 1st claim fine but since lost the paperwork. Can I do anything? Or am I out of pocket as it were.

nokia 3510i keypad
does anyone know where i could get a replacement internal keypad for a nokia 3510i , th no7 wont work , i've tried cleaning it etc... but it still wont work, its only used as a spare phone, but its a handy thing to have:confused:

Ring volume problem with Motorola Pebl.
My husband has a Motorola Pebl and for some reason we can no longer hear it ring! It seems to have lost all volume. He's been through all the menus and tried turning it up etc etc... but to no avail. anyone else had this problem?? We didn't take out the phone insurance, but he's only had the phone for about 4/5 months…
