Lost cashback paperwork

Basically I've lost the paperwork for my cashback deal I got with OneStopPhoneShop. I did do the 1st claim fine but since lost the paperwork. Can I do anything? Or am I out of pocket as it were.

I think you've had it - sorry!!! I have a cashback phone with o.s.p.s and it says that you need to keep the gift redemption certificate as it cannot be replaced. You could always call them on 0845 4567878 - this should be the customer services department. Hope you get it sorted!!!

whatever you do, DON'T call them!!!! They will probably put a note on your account that you've lost your paperwork!
Try ask someone in this forum for a softcopy and use it for your next claim.

Has anyone got a copy? But won't people need it themselves for their own claims?

I've re-read mine and it states that photocopies and faxes are not allowed. I honestly don't know what else to suggest - sorry. I hope you won't have lost too much money. I'd cry if it was me as our c/b is 3 lots of £60.

There is a post somewhere on here about some people that have been sent the claim forms as a pdf email attachment because OSPS were having trouble sending them out. Hopefully someone from there will be able to help you out ...

I've got the pdf file, in fact they sent me it twice and i've got it from someone off of the forums. If you need a copy, PM me and i'll forward it on.

Got the pdf file but the other information I'd need, i.e. account number and amount would I have to get that off OSPS I guess?
