something wierd going on

when ever a few of my friends call me it says "that this persons fone is switched off" but its not swithced off, then i recieve an sms "vodafone call catcher missed call".the funny thing is im with 3,i use to be with voda about 6 weeks ago,but cancled the contract (voda) & started new one with 3 takeing my existing number with me.iv had no problems in the last 6 weeks untill now.i spoke to 3 & voda tecnical & they both say there is nothing wrong there end.the friends that this is happening with all use different providers,3/voda/02. iv checked handset for call restrictions,all ok.iv taken the sim out,still problem occurs...now im stompped!!

I had same kind of problem with Three and O2.

Nobody was accepting their fault.

I contacted O2's CEO office and they found out that "Number porting files that were sent to O2 from Three were damaged and they requested the porting again"

After the said date the problem was sorted.
Try contacting somebody in the know in Three to check and rectify problem.....

hi,spoke to 3 techies,but still no joy...as iv moved from voda to 3 it sounds like i need to get voda to resend my files to 3?
