Easymoile phones - which one.
I have been looking at easymobile's clearance phones and need some help before buying one.
I would like to know which of the following phones can be un-locked for free with on-line codes.
Also which one would you recommend.
Nokia 6060
Samsung C120
Nokia 1600
Nokia 6030
Motorola V3
Nokia 3220.
Thanks for your help.

If no one knows anything about the above mentioned phones can you recommend any other phones that are free (or almost free) when you buy credit. I am only looking for PAYG.
Thank you.0 -
Off the top of my head, most Nokias are unlockable with remote unlocking codes, and there is a sticky at the top of this section for them.
Samsungs and Motorolas need direct unlocking i.e. with a cable and software.
I myself got the Nokia 1100, good phone, very good battery life, no fancy add ons like camera, bluetooth or infrared, but definately does the job.0 -
Thank you dagger_meerkat for your reply.
I have the Nokia 1100 that I use as a back-up and have been very happy with it.
I was just looking for something different for my OH.0 -
motorola v3- i have heard only bad things about.
check on the nokia thread about unlocking those nokias by code.
samsung looks nice if a bit basic.
are you on easy mobile already? might be worth buying the £20 of credit cos it looks like phones work out same in total if you only buy £10things arent the way they were before, you wouldnt even recognise me anymore- not that you knew me back then

I trust BH even if he's from Manchester..
all your base are belong to us :eek:0 -
I agree with before hollywood, motorola v3 - stay away. Samsung c120 is OK i guess, but after a while, there's major battery problems. I own one myself, and was happy with it in the beginning; afterwards it would always keep on beeping me with low battery life after 1/2 calls.
Have a look here, it might help you decide. Plenty of user reviews, so good practical help!0 -
Thanks both.
Yes I am with easymobile already and it does seem worth buying the extra credit.
I don't mind any other network this was just the best deal I found at the time.0
