Switched Tariff PP saying I will loose unused minutes
I have just switched my tariff with O2 from O2 Max to 200 Xnetwork and I have over 2000 minutes unsused. They are saying that if I do not use them by my next billing period I will loose them even though they have already been paid for? Can they do this? Any adivce would help
