Can anybody clarify for me the following, when I submit my customer number on the e2save web site it says, submit my 4th monthly bill for c/back,further down it also says submit my invoice recieved in December, however this is not my 4th bill, my 4th bill will not arrive until January and with the 28day limit I could loose out. I find it very difficult to get an answer from their customer help line!! Anybody had any experience of this, please advise.....

friend e2save says one has to submit the 4th airtime bill not the monthly.another thing all networks charge one month in advance.so simply send the 4th airtime bill.secondly suppose if u have bought the phone on 10th of sept and ur billing date is 20th of each month -that means ur 4th month starts from each 10th.means ur 4th month ends on 10th jan .but technically the bill u recve on 20th of dec is 4th and it partly covers the 4th month.but for your own benefit just post it on 10th of jan because your 28 days limit start from 10th of jan(from the date you bought the phone ,not according to your bill date). That's why i prefer dialaphone as they give one date on which customer has to post the bill, instead of remembring all this complex rubbish.

It is a bit of a problem. I have an e2save deal and I've sent them the 6th and 12th bill, regardless of whether or not the 1st bill was for a short period. This seems to have been ok.

If by any chance your deal was for a 3 phone; then you can register online with 3 to be able to view your bill online. E2save will accept a print of the online bill as proof for cashback, therefore you could print it off and send it to e2save, thus saving you some valuable days in waiting for the bill to arrive by post.

Other networks may offer similar online bill viewing facilities.

It depends when you bought the phone. Log into the site and it asks for the date of purchase, and depending on that it brings up the correct address.

My older contracts went to the Loughborough address posted by Steve, however my more recent contracts are going to Wednesdbury.

Also double check the payments you receive. My latest one was short by £10, and i had to chase them for an 'automatic' payment for 4 months.
