Has Anyone Dealt With Care 4 Finance
I received an automatic loan agreement from this company at the same time as a loan agreement from Amigo Loans so I presume the invitation is not spam but as a result of my search for a personal loan. Care 4 Finance is offering me an attractive 6.9% over 2 years (and no burdening a guarantor - as PPI is offered)! It seems…

Outgoings for a loan
When applying for a loan, I'm aware often lenders can look at bank statements to see your outgoings and assess if you can afford a loan. I'm a little concerned as what I do every month is this: 1) Receive pay from job 2) Throughout the month the bills come out 3) Next month's pay comes in, and I put the remainder of last…

My naive sister stupidly agreed to act as guarantor on our younger brothers loan. She has had to pay last couple of months and he is now ignoring calls. Does anyone have any relevant experience about what options are available to her here? For example court action, refusing to pay herself (does that effect her credit…

Paying off loan with credit card
Was just wondering if it's wise to be pay off a loan with a credit card. If so which one? I took out a loan with Hitachi Finance which was interest free for the first year. Trouble was they set the direct debit to start AFTER the interest free period. Now I'm paying £52 and only £11 of that is actually paying off the debt.

Advice for friend
I am in need of some for advice for my friend. She was MARRIED to a MAN and they brought a house together. The HUSBAND took a loan out without CONSENT of wife as he was a CONTROLLING, ABUSIVE MAN and she didn't or wasn't allowed much of a say in things. Apparently the house they was in was the guarantee against this loan.…

Moneyway
I have a moneyway car loan. Taken over 5 years and now past the 4 years mark. I am 1 month in arrears £190 and they sent a company round to repossess the car. Don't apply for loan or credit during house move.
Advice to bear in mind if you are moving house. There is a period after you move house where you are taken off the electoral roll of the old house and put on the electoral roll for the new house. This takes about 1 month. During that month you are not on an electoral roll. If you apply for routine credit during this period…
