Has Anyone Dealt With Care 4 Finance

I received an automatic loan agreement from this company at the same time as a loan agreement from Amigo Loans so I presume the invitation is not spam but as a result of my search for a personal loan. Care 4 Finance is offering me an attractive 6.9% over 2 years (and no burdening a guarantor - as PPI is offered)!
It seems like a company that is starting out just like Vanquis credit card did all those years ago (differing opinions from customers; I am happy that I stuck with Vanquis). I would like to ask the experts to give their opinions for Care 4 Finance. (Elsewhere, I have read mixed opinions for this company.)

they have been running under 3 weeks and have not made a big hit in that time....expect to be asked for money up front for the "ppi" (and probably not get a loan)

Where did you search for a loan that meant Care 4 Loans ended up with your contact details?
If your affordability and credit history is so bad that Amigo and the dubious Care 4 Loans are the only ones offering to lend you money then you need to stop borrowing money especially if the only way you can is by dragging a guarantor into your financial quagmire.0 -
Does sound like they could be a scam company to me.The instructions on the box said 'Requires Windows 7 or better'. So I installed LINUX
:D

I searched moolr for a personal loan and got the acceptance by both companies. The £100 deposit for the PPI is fair! It's if they request additional money, possibly on top of a direct debit, as expressed by some customers.
Good point, Pixie5740! I'll give Care 4 Finance a chance as their paperwork seems fine; I'll reuse their service if all goes well and more opportunities appear from using my credit well :-).0 -
And people wonder why these scammers flourish.
Keep us updated speedfreak with a running total of how much this is costing you.0 -
It's a scam and you are an idiot if you give a single penny to "Care 4 Finance"0

As Caz already pointed out, their website - despite having footers with "Copyright 2007" on them - was first registered on 22 March 2017. The website also has mistakes in it which suggests that it has been put together in a hurry. I would not consider using them, given these (and other) warning signs.0

I think you might have misunderstood my point. I don't think you should borrow money from either Care 4 Finance or Amigo. I think if these are the only sorts of companies offering to lend you money you need to reconsider borrowing money full stop.0 -
I personally would avoid any company with a silly textspeak name.I used to think that good grammar is important, but now I know that good wine is importanter.0

Imho it seems like speedfreak is trying to encourage people to use the mentioned company.
Proceed with caution. Infact don't proceed, just go to DFW board and get the help you need to not be in a mess with companies like that.#JusticeForGrenfell0
