Someone will buy the debts?
As for their liabilities, at best you'll be a junior creditor and if the money isn't there, you'll receive a certain amount of pence in the pound from the administration proceedings depending on the outcome of the administration.

Don't worry the debts will have been or will be bought by someone else and you will continue to pay the loan off.
Waiting for a refund will be harder, could be further down the list.0 -
Here was me thinking they may actually give me a redress. However:
"Unfortunately, we do not currently envisage that there will be sufficient funds to enable the payment of a dividend in respect of your claim in these proceedings. We would, however, urge you to periodically review our website for updates in case that position changes."0
