Failing an IVA - What next
Hi, if I allow my IVA to fail can I approach my creditors myself and ask them to allow me to pay them directly. What happens when I apply for bankruptcy, will they start taking all my money and I'm back to square one. My car is worth around £1200 but its needed for John whose got arthritis. DRO - question.....
I've read it's aimed at people with debts of 15k and less. My question is, and this may sound stupid, but if me and my ex wife have a joint debts, in both of our names, of £29,158.98, would we qualify??? Obviously there'll be amillion other criteria, but just wondering if a joint debts count? rgds!
