DRO - question.....

I've read it's aimed at people with debts of 15k and less. My question is, and this may sound stupid, but if me and my ex wife have a joint debts, in both of our names, of £29,158.98, would we qualify??? Obviously there'll be amillion other criteria, but just wondering if a joint debts count?

No you would not qualify. You are each jointly and severally liable for debts of over 15k

You will need to look at full bankruptcy.
