Nearly 4 years into IVA

Hi, i am currently in an IVA with payplan, which is due to end June 2010, my current repayments are £364 a month.

I contacted them last month because my husbands hours dropped from 40 to 24 due to the current manufacturing problems, and they sent me a I&E form to see how we stand, after completing this, our surplus income is now £216.

I have also put a letter with the form, stating i have now started 12 months maternity leave, for which i will get 6 months full pay, 3 months 90% pay and then 3 months at zero. Obviously in the next few months, we shall start receiving child benefit and CTC.

Does anyone know, because we are so close to completing the IVA will they be able to help us? They have said that because i am filling in this I&E form in march, it will be used as my normal May annual review form too.
