Just spotted a new factsheet from National Debtline:

The only omission I spotted on a quick read-through is that payments towards the £90 fee can be made at Post Offices as well as Payzone outlets.

There is a very good discussion on DROs on the BR forum http://forums.moneysavingexpert.com/showthread.html?t=1385275
They look like being a nightmare if you debt is anywhere near the limit and if you have anything close to the maximum £50 limit on surplus income.If you've have not made a mistake, you've made nothing0
