I realise the need to properly insure the contents and valuables in my house, but is there anyone out there that will log what I have and give values so that in the event of a claim the insurers know what we had?

No Claims Discount Protection, whats the point of it?
My Girlfriend has 6 Years No Claims Discount (NCD) and paid for NCD protection with SAGA. This morning when I went to my jewellery box and noticed a diamond pendent was missing, on further inspection I also noted 5 or 6 items were missing in total. Free night in a hotel with More Than car insurance
I've been sent a renewal letter from More Than saying if I renew quickly (within 12 days) I get a free night in a hotel - wondering if this is a genuine offer or if it comes with so many T&Cs it's not really worthwhile doing. You know the ones. Anyone done it? I can't seem to find anything out on their website, seems to be…
