Builder/roofers opinion
Hello, I would like a roofer/builders advice on the following roof if possible. Obviously this is a roof that peeled off a building during high winds. I don't feel that the roof has been maintained and secured properly but obviously I'm not skilled enough to say. Any advice would be extremely helpful please.
