Dishwasher faulty

Hoping someone will be able to point me in the right direction here, I have no idea about white goods!
I have an integrated slimline Beko DW450 dishwasher, which isn't cleaning my dishes anymore. It seems to fill correctly, the bottom fills up, and it sounds as if it is working, but isn't actually heating or spraying water out of the arms. It completes the cycle and drains as it should. I have removed and cleaned the filters, but that's all.
Thanks!

Model number, how old have you cleaned it etc etc0

As I said the model is a Beko DW450, this one: http://www.beko.co.uk/Item/DW450
I bought it second hand so don't know how old it is, it's been used in my house for around 2 years. As I said, i've cleaned the filters. I use dishwasher cleaner on the hottest wash about once a month also. I'm in a hard water area but do keep the salt topped up. Normally if you open the door mid-cycle you can see the hot water stop spraying, but it's not doing anything at all at the moment, the water sits at the bottom, it hums as it goes through it's cycle, then drains away, and the dishes are as dirty as when they went in. Before it completely packed up it was making weird noises for one wash, like a loud clunking, but still washed. Then the next time, it wasn't working at all.0 -
Remove and clean the spray arms as well, since the water in the sump clearly isn't circulating up and through them.
Could be a pump problem if the arms are clear. Unlikely that both arms are blocked. but simple enough to check. No free lunch, and no free laptop

Another vote for the pump, it looks like it has stopped working if the water is not moving around.
Get it checked.0 -
Thank you, I ran water through the arm and removed the nozzle from the top and they were clear, so pump is sounding like a likely culprit.
Thanks a lot
