Possible to combine shower with water from electric boiler with electric shower?
Hi We get our hot water from an electric boiler (a Megaflo), which runs on Economy 7 during the night. There's enough water for two people in the morning, but by the evening it's usually cooled down. I wondered if it would be possible to have an electric shower that all this could run through, that would heat up the water…

Radiator paint?
Hi, I've just moved into a house which I rent privately, and all the radiators are rusty on the top where the paint has peeled off (I think) and I'm wondering what the cheapest and best solution is to paint them? They are all white and some are different to other but they are all very old (it's an old Victorian house).…

Painting a woodstained door
Hi, I am looking to paint over a couple of woodstained doors with white gloss. Ive read up a bit on how to do this and it seems to be that I need to sand the door, apply a primer (oil based best?) and then the gloss paint. My question is how much sanding do i need to do? Is it just a quick once over or do i need to strip…

Problem with condenser dryer
I'm having trouble with my Zanussi condensing tumber dryer. It keeps beeping at me and the empty tank light is lit, even when I've just emptied it. It stops drying when it does this, so it's quite annoying. I know it's a long shot, but does anyone have any ideas on how to stop it doing this?

Some mornings it even gives hot water…
