had a kitchen extension built last year. we had a kitchen built on to some outbuildings which were the old coal house and store shed, loo. we now have a leak from the joining wall, the coal house loo roof is lower than the new kitchen roof, it does have lead flashing running all the way along. but the shed roof is made of concrete so the heat from the sun in summer made it expand and now we have gaps under the flashing. do you think flexacryl or Isoflex will solve the problem as a quick fix until the snow has gone.
