Possible to combine shower with water from electric boiler with electric shower?

Hi
We get our hot water from an electric boiler (a Megaflo), which runs on Economy 7 during the night. There's enough water for two people in the morning, but by the evening it's usually cooled down.
I wondered if it would be possible to have an electric shower that all this could run through, that would heat up the water if it was too cold? Is there any chance this could increase the pressure too?

No if you have a Megaflo its already at mains pressure. An unvented cylinder is not an electric boiler its a water heater.
An electric shower should be fed with dedicated cold mains supply in any event not via your unvented cylinder.
