Carpet laying costs
I have my carpet for stairs and landing and bedroom and vinyl for kitchen. I have been quoted £320 to provide underlay for stairs and top hallway (3x1 meter) and bedroom 3.5 x 3.5meter. This price includes carpet grippers and fitting. He will also lay the vinyl in the kitchen 3x 3.5 meter. Is this a fair quote?
