I have over £20k in ISAs, earning 6 to 7 %. My mortgage is now about £24k, with a tracker rate of around 3.5% (supposed to be 0.75 above base rate). I have about 8 years to go on it. Should I leave things as they are or pay off the mortgage completely ? Thx.
