Hello all, I'm meant to be doing a stir fry tonight, but i've messed up. I've ended up defrosting diced turkey breast rather than chicken. The turkey only has cooking instructions for 'casseroles' and I've got no idea if I can fry it?! If so for how long?! Any suggestions? Thanks
