Cooking help! I've messed up :(

Hello all,

I'm meant to be doing a stir fry tonight, but i've messed up.

I've ended up defrosting diced turkey breast rather than chicken.

The turkey only has cooking instructions for 'casseroles' and I've got no idea if I can fry it?! If so for how long?!

Any suggestions?

I often by turkey instead of chicken as it is so much cheaper. not much difference in taste when you have a curry sause all over it.

I thought the turkeys had to come from a designated stir fry farm due to the different breeding methods used on the casserole farms?
