So if anyone comes across anything to help us HE'ers then please post it for us.

I get a lot of books from secondhand bookshops, charity shops etc.
The countryside agency give out packs which include "thelwell" posters and CD-roms. Also look on websites which have "education" sections as quite often you can get educational literature and software for free from them. I'll have a scout round for some links for you.The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 10

I haven't done no.
I thought that I could save the £25 yearly membership fee (£20 after the first year) and spend it on the things they get free entry into!....all swings and roundabouts I think in a way.** Freebies and money saved with the help of you all? - Don't know ....lost count! **** Stay Safe **0 -

If you ever ask for educationa resources and it says school or job title, just put home educator or home tutor. They usually accept it.The "Bloodlust" Clique - Morally equal to all. Member 10

Does any one else have any school type sites that give free things in the post?
I have 3 home schooler friends that do not have internet access and I would like to apply for them. But it would be better if they were postal freebies.
Thanks in advance.** Freebies and money saved with the help of you all? - Don't know ....lost count! **** Stay Safe **0 -
I dont know where you live, but here once you've got a valid library card, you can get free internet access. Also it may be an idea to call around some national companies to see if they have any educational materials that they can send you.
Best of luck.
