Hello, I purchased a 3 bed townhouse new build 2 years ago and I have decided I want to change my bathroom. Since I never use the bath for actually having a bath (just shower) I plan on removing the bath and replacing it with a much larger shower. Will this negatively impact the resell value on my house?

Property Sinking Fund Interest
I own a retirement flat in south Wales. We have a 'sinking fund' intended for major expenses such as replacing the lift and also for possible extensions to the property. The management company hold this in a non-interest bearing account with a major bank. Is this usual/reasonable/legal?

Council Tax banding question - advice please?
4 houses all in a row. All same size - 3 are in one band, 1 is in a higher band. Lower 3 are original owners. Higher 1 is a sale 12 years ago. All still same house. Why is CT band different? Thought CT banding were based on property value in 1991? Thanks in advance.
