hi my vendor is signing all her documents this week with her solicitor. i have indicated i would prefer a completion date of 02/08/13. does this mean the vendor is happy to accept this date or will she offer her own? her solicitor has not confirmed this date so far but my solicitors do not see a problem with it thanks
