Stand duty land tax
I've been sent a form SOC14 from conveyancer and it says if I want them to fill in the paperwork and pay stamp duty I need to fill in the form as authorise them as my tax agent. The conveyancer will charge me £50 plus vat for doing this. Is it hard to do myself? What will it involve? Thanks
