A question about surveys
Hi, We are buying a house approx. 9/10 years old. Got quite a small mortgage on it (just over 10%). We got a homebuyers report done with the mortgage company, but they won't let us see it... Should we get another survey done? Just to note, they've been on market almost a year, sold twice in that year but both fell through,…

Survey today!
I am pleased it is all going to be over, spent weeks doing little jobs. It will be a relief now. Top tip: we found high damp readings in the walls but this morning a few mins with the hairdryer has brought the readings down to silence (no pips!)

What type of survey?
I'm a first time buyer and have had an offer accepted on a house. It's a victorian terrace which looks in a good state (although I'm no expert). I'm torn between a homebuyers survey and a full structural one. Anybody got any advice?

How can we raise money for potential second home/property development business?

Disgusted at the sale of jo and ron wood's house in richmond on at £13million!
Oh I just had a look at Jo and Ronnie Wood's house in south west London that they've put up for sale, and I find it most distasteful.
