I'm a first time buyer and have had an offer accepted on a house. It's a victorian terrace which looks in a good state (although I'm no expert).
I'm torn between a homebuyers survey and a full structural one. Anybody got any advice?

If you pay for the more expensive one, it will find nothing wrong and you will feel you wasted the money.
If you go for the cheaper one, they will miss something that haunts you after completion...Act in haste, repent at leisure.

That's what I'm beginnig to think. I think it's going to be worth the extra money for piece of mind.
