I have been dealing with a ceiling leak for the whole time. The management of the condo had someone come out 3 times and now…

Selling private, HIPS
If selling a property privately, I'm assuming you'd have to arrange the HIPS yourself? Would you need to do this before you advertise the house? If not, when? I have a friend who wants to try and sell his house privately, and has asked this question.

OH was an etate agent there and for three months forfeited his salary to pay off the loan for the fees of £3,750. We have been contacted yesterday by the estate agency (who OH no longer works for) to say…

Rent increase after 11 months. Is this right?
Hello I thought I would come and ask the knowledgeable people on here as I am a bit confused. I had a rent increase last year December 2008 via a section 13 notice. I have had another section 13 for a rent increase in November 2009. So 11 months apart. My question is, can they do this or does it have to be 12 months apart?…
