Constant problems and not being repaired for rented condo?

I am renting a condo and I go through a realtor when I have a problem that needs to be fixed. The owner I guess is out of the US. Anyhow I have been at this place for 2 months and have a year lease. I have been dealing with a ceiling leak for the whole time. The management of the condo had someone come out 3 times and now it s leaking again. Previously my air conditioning had to shut off for 24 hours and fixed due to a leak in the lower level of my neighbors. I live in FL and so no air in Aug is horrid and the realtor had me wait to save money when I could of called the emergency air condition place. I have a door that was fixed and now broke again which allows air into the inside as it does not shut properly.I notified her again over a week ago and still no response. I had one bathroom that I could not use since the toilet was broken but that did get fixed after constant nagging to her. The light still has not been fixed that needed. I could go on how many other things that were fixed. Even the realtor commented on how many times I call her. I don't want mold growing from the leak that reaccures. I also am sick of these constant repairs that I have to be there for to be fixed and so much of battle to get them done. Is there anything I can do more then I am?Thank you

Realtor - I like that word :-)
Sounds more official that 'letting agent' doesn't it.
PS - what's the bet that in the next property boom, people buy BTL Condominiums instead of Apartments lol.
Sorry OP, I cannot help as we're in the UK and have different procedures, but I do like the terminology :-)I'll have some cheese please, bob.0 -
No I am sorry. I was just figuring that out now when I was reading the other posts. I am sorry. Just confused and have not found many other forums like this. Thank you any way0

City Data Forums may be a better starting point.
The terminology varies, but the issues are exactly the same.Been away for a while.0
