There have been a number of threads on here about this.

The general consensus is that it is almost always a bad idea.

You get a low price for your house and a six month rental deal.

Without knowing your circumstances and the type of property involved it's hard to give specific advice.

Why the desire to stay in your current home.

Far better to sell at a realistic price quickly and rent somewhere affordable.

the selling and the renting of the property is the complex task for its sources while the selling the property it is to sure that the market is in right status the value should be high if the market is down then rent out the property but it is to check that the person who is going to get the house in rent do not damage the property to find such a options the real estate consultants are very helpful because they are always in surveying position.

if you do decide to try a SARB - then do check that the company you are working with are registered with the FSA - this is now compulsory
