Why do you care if your offer is "cheeky"?
Ive been reading a lot of threads recently whereby folk are asking if other people think that an offer they are considering putting on a property is "cheeky" or not. My question is this - why do you care?? You don't buy and sell houses to make friends with people, you do it to have somewhere to live (or to make money,…

Can Landlord protect deposit years later?
I have rented a property since mid-summer 2007 and I'm leaving next week. I have taken extremely good care of the property and always paid my rent, but I fear the letting agent will not return my deposit, as I have heard from other members of my community that he has done so before. Therefore I asked the letting agent this…

Why Do Properties for Rent Have Such Limited Info?
I know that they go quicker then properties for sale but really! Sometimes all you get is an external picture and nothing of the interior. Always makes me think they are hiding something. Surely it can't take that much time and effort to write a little more and add a few internal pics?
