Interesting Pasta for Good Prices?
I eat a lot of pasta, and as such I like to have a few different shapes in the cupboard. Everywhere sells cheap (i.e. less than £1.50/kg) spaghetti, penne, fusilli, farfalle, spirali, and conchiglie. I don't find a couple of these (fusilli and conchiglie) as nice personally, but Tesco also sold rigatoni and disci volante…

1% Fat Milk - on its way out?
I used to buy 1% Fat milk (the one with the orange lid / label) from various supermarkets but noticed recently that my 3 closest Sainburys no longer seem to stock it. I did ask and was told my one shelf stacker that they had stopped doing it! Thankfully, ASDA and others still seem to be currently selling that type. I hope…

Asda Online Groceries - Overcharged?
Hi Money Savers! We placed an Asda Groceries order last week and had it delivered on Friday; I was just checking my emails when I noticed that only two of the three rejected substitutions had been refunded. I sent them a polite DM on Twitter to get them to check it over and I'm being told that they've already both been…

Sainsbury's launches 'Nectar Prices' promo giving discounts on over 250 items - MSE News
Sainsbury's has launched a 'Nectar Prices' promotion giving discounts of between 5% and 50% on 266 items to Nectar card holders until early March. While the savings aren't huge, if you're buying the items at Sainsbury's anyway then using a Nectar card to get money off is a no-brainer - though it's still worth checking if…

The overall Aldi experience
Hi, Just like to start off by saying this isn't aimed in anyway at staff at Aldi, its more to do with how the management run it. Aldi as we know keep costs down, by limiting staff on the shop floor by making them stack shelves and operate tils when queues reach a certain level, so this becomes very annoying particularly…

Money Moral Dilemma: Is it OK to fill my freezer with 'yellow sticker' bargains?
This week's MoneySaver who wants advice asks... I occasionally see large quantities of meat (20 or more packs) reduced heavily in the yellow sticker section. Is it wrong to take all of them and freeze what I don't need today, or should I only take a few and leave the rest so others can get a bargain too? Unfortunately the…

Prices
Asda advertising lager at £11 online, £12 charged in store. Ok it’s not the end of the world paying £1 extra. But if you based your shopping trip on several items and they all cost more in store it would soon add up. If you can’t get an accurate price online, are you then meant to phone your nearest store and get them to…

Sainsbury Smartscan - forgotten items...
Hi, I'm a big user of Sainsbury's Smartscan (where you scan using your mobile) - until today that is! As I left the Sainsbury Car Park I checked my receipt and realised that an item had been missed off and felt absolutely terrible... I was in a quandary as to what to do so I shot straight back in paid for the missing item…

Has anyone else had this problem with Activia raspberry yogurts?

There is a link below to show you the ones I mean: https://images.app.goo.gl/xZwZkNnYtLVd7c3e8 They have all the other flavours, strawberry, peach, etc. But since…

HIT cream
Hi everyone. I'm wondering if anyone knows where I can get small cartons of long life cream. I like to use it to make a sauce to drizzle on food, around a 200ml size. Every time I buy a fresh tub, half ends up wasted. In Spain you can get a 3 pack of this cream and it's so handy. Anyone have any ideas? Cheers x
