Ecomony 7 Storage Heaters and Hot Water Immersion Tank Usage
Hi! :) Since turning on my Ecomony 7 Storage Heaters, combined with using the Hot Water Immersion Tank, I have noticed my stored energy climb progressively over the last three months. I was expecting it to stablise after about two months. Is it normal for Ecomony 7 Stored Energy to increase over several months like this ?…

Thinking of staying with BG
Maybe crazy, but I am thinking of staying with British Gas on a fixed deal, before the price rise. I am on the collective deal ending this month. If I switch to another BG tariff through MSE is it likely I will get £30.00 even though I am already with BG.

Electricity account in joint names
I would like to put our electricity account in joint names of myself/husband because utility bills are always required as proof of identity and it can be difficult scraping together recent bills. I've always done this but now I'm having a problem with my electricity supplier (was GB Energy/now Co-Op). They told me it was…

To move or not to move?
My dual fuel gas and electricity is with NPower. I can get a cheaper tariff on the Online Price Fix March 2018 however, in the coming couple of months I'm going to be renting my property out to move in with my partner. Obviously if I wasn't moving I'd look at other supplier prices however, I don't want to have to pay an…

Moved house looking for best energy deal
Hi, I've just moved into a new council house this week. I'm looking to get a good deal on my gas and electric. I used the cheap energy club and moneysupermarket and uswitch comparisons to find best deal as my fix is running out. First Utility put in new Smart Meters for us last year. My friend just had Scottish Power put in his Smart Meters and he has a different monitoring unit. What happens to Smart Meters & Monitoring units if you switch supplier? Do you keep the Meters and get a new monitoring unit, or keep the both?
