Liability for bills in shared accommodation
When in uni I share a house with 2 others but the gas and electricity bills only list my name. I'm assuming this means I'm solely liable for the bills which is a bit frustrating in that one member of the house is proving difficult to obtain money from, is there anything I can do?

Bills in Joint names?
Hi I bought a house with my partner in March:T. Previously we'd both owned houses separately, which we sold to buy one together (mine first and then his). The problem I have is that ALL of the utility bills (bar the council tax and mortgage) have been placed in his name only, not our joint names. Presumably this was…

Hello, we're currently with Atlantic Gas an Electric and our bill is anything but stable. We've shopped around and the best deal for us is on E.ON on a direct debt basis, which works out well for my accounting. Problem is the deal doesn't apply to premade electrical metres. Best way to start a contract with an electricity supplier?
