I am disabled and claim DLA. I am currently employed as a social carer but am on SSP. My GP thinks i shouldnt work in care again and at the min, shouldnt even think about working. Two questions – what happens? If an employee is sick on long term, what happens to the holidays (they can’t be carried over)?
