Employment Tribunal - Date for Hearing
I've just received a letter saying my claim was accepted and they have set a date for the hearing. What happens at the hearing? does anyone have any experience of these? I am in touch with the CAB over this, but they are really busy so still waiting for a response.

Employer buying two weeks leave

Change in tax coide
Hi, Recently got a £2k pay rise and calculated my tax against my gross December salary and found that it just 16.2%.. Silly question, but shouldn't it be 20%? My tax code is 634L and the tax period (whatever that is) is 9. Any ideas? Not complaining, just trying to work it all out.. regards, Z

tesco overtime question
Hiya I work for Tescos. When I work overtime I dont get paid, instead I get hours owed. Is this legal? Im on a 20 hour contract If I work 30 hours, they pay me my 10 hours in "time owed" and not money? Please help
