Hiya I work for Tescos.
When I work overtime I dont get paid, instead I get hours owed.
Is this legal?
Im on a 20 hour contract
If I work 30 hours, they pay me my 10 hours in "time owed" and not money?
Please help

Yes it's legal. It's called compensatory time or time off in lieu, and is quite common in some jobs0
