Fake goods
I bought an item on ebay. The seller had a feedback score of 57 (all +ve) for selling similar items so I put in a bid. Within the hour a new ebayer left a negative saying it was fake. I emailed him to make sure it wasn't and he just lied to me and sent me a fake anyway. I've asked for a refund but should I send it back?

CD WOW - Can I make a Paypal claim?
I paid for a DVD from CD WOW using PayPal. It's been over 10 days since I got the 'item despatched' email from CD WOW but I haven't received the DVD. CD WOW state that they won't investigate an 'item not received' until 21 days have elapsed. Can I ignore this and start a Paypal claim now? Thanks!
