Question about buyer feedback and payment deadlines?
Is there a time limit by which a buyer must pay for an item in order to leave feedback? I am sure I read on here that if a buyer doesn't pay within a certain amount of time then they are no longer eligible to leave feedback. Is this correct and if so, what is the time limit?
