Proof Of Posting Retention On Play/Amazon

I sell the odd small value( £5+) item on Playtrade and Amazon Marketplace.
I get proof of posting from the post office which I keep for around 60 days.
Does anyone know how long I need to keep this----I've looked at the playtrader terms and conditions and I cannot seem to find a definite number of days that a purchaser has to claim for non receipt or faulty goods.
Anyone know if there is a fixed number of days for Play and Amazon traders?

180 days in case of a credit card chargeback.
