ebay/paypal help?

hi all looking for some advice i sold a ds with games on ebay buyer paid for standard delivery and then moaned it wasnt quick enough and has now opened a dispute and are now saying 1 of the games is missing which i no is a lie as i double checked evrything before sending, is there anything i can do about this as it seems shes trying it on to either get a partial refund or will return the rest but not the game shes seems to think is missing.

did u keep proof of postage - surley the weight would be proof enough of 1 game or 2??

I wouldn't have thought that anything could be proved with a print out of the weight. The games are very light and there is no proof of how much or what type of packing a seller used to state positively whether the weight was under or over for the issing item.

Hi thanks for the replies, yes ive kept proof of postage and it was 10 games included, is there anything i can do as i think she's only doing it as she was dissapointed with the delivery time. Ive had a few nasty messages of her and shes left me -fb to which i politely replied which she then messaged me about saying i was a liar and that i was nasty even though ive stayed polite to her even after all the abuse shes given me.

If the dispute is for a SNAD claim then paypal will probably ask her to return the full bundle for a full refund. Even then you will of course have lost the game in question, but it might put the buyer off once she realises she will be out of pocket having to return the lot.
