5 years old debt
I recently recueved a letter about a debt to barclaycard. Having looked further into this the debt is mine and my last payment got made on 26th jan 2010. Is there any kind of loophole for this to avoid payment at all as it's been so long?! Sounds cheap though I'm not exactly rich! Cheers

Thursday 2nd July - What small DFW things will you do today?
When we start out on the DFW trail we do loads of "big stuff" that makes quite a difference to our situation. These include having our lightbulb moment, cutting up the credit cards and cancelling Sky and the gym. But once we have done the bigger stuff, we often feel that we are not making the same amount of progress, when…

So i was just messing around with YNAB tonight and thought i'd tot up the absolute minimum i need to get by. This is the letter I received: I don't know what it's about. I've had County Court Bailiffs come before regarding unpaid Council Tax but it was resolved. Any ideas what documents need to be given in person? I don't know why they didn't just come to the door. Thank you.

defaulted whilst with debt advisor. help!
Hi, I have just about saved enough to finally get debt free! We have been using CAP (christians against poverty) for just over 3 years, but I can't get an answer out of them for this issue.
