MacKenzie Hall not replying to letters
Hello... I sent the statue barred letter from here to Mackenzie Hall and have had no reply from them, I thought under normal rules they had 14 days to reply? they signed for the letter on 11/06/10, even 14 week days is the 27/06/10 and here we are on the 3/7/10 with no reply from them...
