Capital One who to write to ?

Help, Im fed up writing to Cap one and not getting replies , yet when you call them they seem to have the letters ???? anyway . Can someone provide me with the Chairman or Managing directors name so that I will copy them in to my latest letter ? PS ive trued the Executive Office address to no avail . !

They do seem to love ignoring letters if it's something they don't want to hear
Don't want to pry but what is the general subject of the letters, just to be able to give more specific advice. Not sure if the Chairman would really care anymore then the rest of them there but would maybe advise clearly writing across the top Formal Complaint and advising that if you have no response you will be taking it to the FSO. Send it recorded delivery as well so they can't pretend they haven't received it later! They should have complaints procedures that they have to follow or you can report them.

Yea I know, last letter went to Exec Office and i noted in my letter they had a certain time to reply and a certain time to respond to my request for repayment of charges and a sep letter in which I have asked them for a copy of my card PPI agreement .. and I sent it by RD as you say . per there complaints procedure on website

Anyway ill just send it to the customer services again and a copy to the Exec office by RD . I have given them untill the 12th July as per my previous letter and have reminded them thereafter i will go to the information commissioner and FOS

Not to worry just wanted to direct my letter to a name

Says on their website that Managing Director for the UK is Brian Cole - if that's any help
