Had light bulb moment
It has taken me quite a while for the light to go on but a couple of months ago I realised that I was not opening the credit card letters and with a sick feeling in my stomach I added up the debt. I have been reading these posts and I think I will be able to tackle this situation better if I receive some support on here. I…

Unenforceable loans
I am currently looking to use the template letters on this site to ask for terms of agreement from my creditors. A quick question - Why does it say sign digitally in the template? I would also be keen to hear from anyone who has been through this process previously.

Can defaults be removed from your credit report before the full six years has passed?
Hi, I read on a website that you can ask companies to 'kindly' remove default notices if the defaults were for very low amounts - is this true and has anyone done this? The website also said that if you claim that you did not receive the offical notice, you can ask to have the default removed. I honestly can't remember…
