As you can see this leaves me with a -33.54 shorfall which results in unsecured debts non-payment every month.

A Few Explanations:
-Cable/Phone/Internet; all from same provider, pay one monthly fee, divided between the 3
-No rent/mortgage as live in parents 2nd house.
-£200 other income is a non-dependants contribution, a friend living here - can't pay anymore than that.

I have had different information from different people...

CAB advised i got an unsecured loan.... baring in mind I have no credit rating due to missing payments.

My step-father suggests applying for bankruptcy seeing as I have no assets to lose, and am in minus figures if everything got paid.

A friend suggested the new Debt Relief Order - but looking at this my disposable income is too high?

I've tried searching for an IVA but two companies have told me my disposable income is too high.

Bankruptcy, I think, is probably my best option but I don't want to apply and have it turned down and lose my deposit.

Any advice would be greatly appreciated...
Thanks in advance;

GeorgesMum.

  • Forgot to include... previous employer has a CCJ out against me for overpayment of wages. £1213 ordered to pay forthwith. Have applied for re-determination; hearing @ end of next month.
  • Also forgot another debt. Debt Managers Ltd. £50 per month to pay back debt of £500. My mind is all over the place with this debt :'(
